I will resolve drivers if I upgrade to Windows 7?

I want to upgrade to Windows 7 (from 64x Vista), but I fear that all my drivers need to be updated to Windows 7 (graphics card, printer, sound card, etc.), they will remain in place, if I upgrade? I have custom PC …. none CD manufacturer AMD Phenom II 945 ATI Graphics Card ASUS Mobo

how do you scan on a HP Deskjet 2430 printer it only has four buttons black power and cancel?

ok I have it all in one computer and it has no scan button, but on the box it says it can scan and im totally confused it has little driections and nothing on the scan can someone please explain how it all works plz and thanks =]
