Problem with printer and mouse work together?
Problem with computer and mouse work together.? Every time I turn on my printer, my mouse freezes and stops working. I must then turn off the printer and remove the USB mouse and reconnect the mouse to work again. Mouse and printer are in differnt USB ports. The problem started ever since I got a wireless connection. Is it just a coincidence? Is there any way I can correct this? Thank you.
I'm guessing your computer is low on power and can not handle all the devices. When you said you got a wireless connection … you mean install a wireless card? mostlikly your power is low power consumption and can not handle both USB at the same time. I recommend getting a bigger power supply. You can also but a USB hub. it looks like a usb splitter, but it plugs in to wall and allow you to USB devices.
