Bought an Epson CX6600 printer used to replace my old, my computer will not recognize it.?
When they try to attach the new printer, you I have a message saying that there was a problem installing this hardware and the printer driver is unknown. I have reinstalled the drivers with Epson disc, but my computer will still not recognize the printer. If I put my old printer, which is the same make and model, there is no problem. I have now bought a new printer exactly the same (Epson CX6600), and my computer will not recognize that one either. Any help would be appreciated.
Uninstall all previous printer drivers and try installing them again.
