I still can not get my scanner to work on vista?
I have an HP PSC 950 and the scanner does not work on Vista. It worked before when I tried to use Windows Photo Gallery workaround, but now it does not do anything. When I click on the scanner from the list, the window just disappears [as if it were way to load], and I'm back in Windows Photo Gallery, other than it actually is not loaded. The same happens when I try it on Paint, except it says that it is not connected. It must be cause I manage to print school work on the same printer / scanner. help? When I look at the hp.com / support site, it just takes me to a page that proposes that all current methods do not work. T___T anyone really tech savvy, who can give me a hand you?

Select your printer from 2 here and click on it, download the Vista driver and software from software and Drivers section. I will install the driver first and then the software. Make sure your Vista version is either 64 bits or 32 bits too.
