how do you scan on a HP Deskjet 2430 printer it only has four buttons black power and cancel?
ok I have it all in one computer and it has no scan button, but on the box it says it can scan and im totally confused it has little driections and nothing on the scan can someone please explain how it all works plz and thanks =]
If the printer was installed using the CD that came with it, you should be able to scan through of the installed software through the CD. Just try to find that software on your computer if you are using Windows 7 or Vista, you can also use the search function in the start menu and search for "HP".
