Printer Help!?
I have a document stuck in my print and I have tried to delete it but nothing happens, how can I get rid of it and make my printer work again? Its an HP Deskjet 5700, if that makes any difference, and I work on Windows Vista
Try to cancel all documents from the File menu. If it does not work, shut off power to about 20 seconds and plug it in again. It should clear up.
