HP misprint help!?
I recently purchased an HP Color Laser Jet 3800 printer, but when it is sent to print the following message prints instaed of document: PCL XL error sub-system: STATE Error: ColorSpaceMismatch Operator: SetbrushSouce Position: 14 What can I do to fix it. HP support was no help, and I have to use the printer.
Ok, try removing the printer driver. Reboot your computer and re-installation. If it does not work, try clicking on Start, Control Panel, Printers and faxex, double-click your printer, click on the printer properties and print the test page. Does that work? If not, click printer properties, Print Settings, Service, open HP Toolbox, cleaning cartridges. If still no, click calibrate the device, print side continues, and follow the on screen instructions.
