Is their any printer profiles for Epson CX5500?
I've done a quick Google search and found nothing, but maybe you can help. I bought this printer in the Philippines but can not find any profiles for it. Do they exist, or is this printer is just too cheap? With profile, I think the information that Adobe Photoshop uses to reproduce the color and contrast information on my screen, depending on the type of printer and paper I intend to use when you print the image.
The only way to adjust the screen to your printer to create your own profile. The best way is to scan a color chart or an image and open it in Photoshop. Now compare the scanned image with the original copy before printing. Adjust the screen until you get what you want. Now print it out and compare the output to the display itself. If you do not is satisfied, go to the generic profile and personalize from there until you are satisfied. You may have to print 2 or 3 copies, but when you get it, you save it that profile.
