What is it with my Dell A940 printer? The message sounds stream down the error.
I bought new cartridges from Dell, installed them and since then I have had problems. Once I get a message on an error. I turn off the printer and follow the instructions. The last time I did this the printer message says, power down error. The power light is on & it will not let me turn off the printer. The printer seems dead, but the green light is on, the printer is plugged in. What is the problem?
Disconnect it. Holding the power button, put in the machine. Continue to hold the power button for 15 seconds. This will reset the machine.
